The first "week" at Ösp leikskólinn went great. We had a small group of kids but we wrapped up the back to school week with a big bang, a caramel apple crostata for snack time. The first lunch at Ösp was a lemon zest and parmesan crusted chicken filet with tomato basil brown rice and a side salad. Not too shabby. Looking forward to our growing population this week.
