The following email just came into our sales manager Gary. Makes me very proud. Gary, Troubadour can now say with confidence what many of our customers/groups that travel, via Lonestar Coaches, has intimated over the years. Lonestar Coaches is a very well-managed company with terrific equipment and top notch drivers. We really cannot say enough about ALL of the drivers, their professionalism, their commitment to excellence and their loyalty to your company. Dennis was irreplaceable for such a trip to New York. His experience level, no nonsense approach to the job and personal honesty is a major plus for your company. Joe had to be the most upbeat, positive, cooperative and friendliest driver we have had in years. Brians knowledge of the upper northeast, his funny demeanor with a slight touch of sarcastic comedy was refreshing, not to mention the quality of his driving. Pete is the epitome of smoothness and refinement. Dennis, Brian and Joe handled the busted water hose like champs and Dennis even gave up a large number of skin cells with 2nd degree burns and we never heard him complain one time. The other relief drivers did a great job as well. I write all of this after personally traveling millions of miles with groups, bus companies and drivers over the years. I came away from the experience completely impressed with Lonestar Coaches. I hope that you guys never sacrifice your standards because you certainly have something to be proud of and you set a high bar for the industry.
