The following guidelines must be followed by every students studying in India to get their membership in BSA and Tertiary students registration details complied by DAHE: 1. Log into to the website: citizenservices.gov.bt, the main G2C portal will open, and then under online in the main menu, choose DAHE. 2. There are five services under this; Apply online scholarship; apply for new BSA, Register as Tertiary student, Register as BSA member, Register as Scholarship student. 3. Choose Register as Register as Tertiary students and fill up the details, validate the text (type letter you see in the dark box given in the empty text box) and submit. 4. Please note that all fields (boxes) with red star mark are compulsory. 5. Once you fill up and submit, you will be given with registration number by the system which will be sent to your email. 6. After getting the registration number, again open the web page and follow the above steps, however this time choose Register as BSA members, fill up the details and submit after text validation. 7. Please note that all other members must first register as tertiary students, which is a must in order to obtain registration number. Then using the registration number they will have to Register as BSA members as explained above. 9. Please note that online registration is a must for all, irrespective of whether one is an old or new member or master candidates or INSERVICE CANDIDATES PLEASE. 10. Once all this is done, for your fund proposal and all, you will have to do it online. When you sign in you should be able to view field and how it should be done. For fund proposal, as usual, you will still be required to submit all required documents before but through attachment from the online system. 11. There can be difficulties initially, however, as we familiarize ourselves, we should be able to overcome those difficulties. Till date only 7 members of our Association has completed the online registration. They are Kinzang Lhamo, Nesha gurung, Loday, etc.....Please be united and help those who dont knw how to go about with the aforesaid matter please.
