The following is primarily therapeutic in nature and therefore I do not seek or expect, while it is welcome, commentary. It is amazing how the bonds of childhood maintain their grip throughout life. It has now been 5 days since the New York Jets announced their signing of Michael Vick to a one year contract. While it was not by any stretch the most significant event of the weekend or will even have a direct impact on my day to day existence it has weighed heavily on my mind over these last few days.
