Whether they are in government and opposition, whether they are civil servants or from private companies. These people showed their heartless by emptying our already depleted coffers just so they could build another or buy another car in expense of multitudes of people dying in our pathetic hospitals from simple curable diseases. They stole without shame while thousand queue and sleep outside empty ADMARC depots hoping to buy a 10Kg rational expensive maize the next day. While teachers and nurses go days without getting paid.
