The ghost around the scandalous Dubai trip has refused to settle.The county C.E.O has to address the same bcoz the buck stops with him. County residents arent against bench marking,linkages & networks.However,people get irked & annoyed when the same is abused & misused as abait to reward sycophants & trade loyalty. A few insights. 1. The Dubai voyage was for seven(7) people.Instead,24 went.Who funded the extra 17? 2. Was the cost-benefit analysis of the trip conducted?If yes,make it public for the consumption of Busia residents. 3.Kenya as a country has been attending international trade fares,Conferences & treaties.At no point have we heard the president go with a delegation of 24+ people.How special is our county that were not keen on cost-cutting strategies? 4. Was it in order for the DG to disapprove of the big number as the C.E.O approves?Fahali wawili wapiganapo.................. 5. We bench mark with our fraternals/equals.Are we in the same economic footing with Dubai? We are not ready to allow a few self seekers to derails Ojs county gvt. Fellow county men,whats your opinion?
