The giant ants have proven a tenacious opponent, but have once again been vanquished from the kitchen. Hammers fell from the sky and crushed many brave soldiers; others were swept up in a cyclone. All hard-won paths to provisions have been erased. Meantime, however, a new, abundant source of a food magically appeared under the sky. Workers have been made busy stockpiling the tasty pellets. Back at the colony, songs of the brave fallen are being drowned out by a rising fear ... the queen appears to have suddenly taken ill.
