The giant corporations will pay the wayward individual to man ships to the coast of POOR countries and dump our toxic waste and in this process either killing the seafood supply to the inland populations or causing people to eat/survive on contaminated food sources. The same policy is practiced off the coasts of iceland and Greenland where it has saturated the food chain with toxicity. Microorganisms attach to man made chemicals and become a dose of contamination for brine fish which are consumed by larger fish which are consumed by seals which are eaten by Polar Bears which are hunted and eaten by indigenous and other populations of these beautiful countries. The good money of America and the industrial revolution has only made wealthy a select 20 percent of the human population on the planet. The modernization of the world and the conveniences have not reached the whole human population of earth. There are those that continue to suffer EXTREME hardships. Goodluck.
