The gold weight that was in her eyelid. Its actually 18kt gold. Now to decide how to keepsake it for her. I have kept everything that she has had removed including the peg(feeding) tube, the staples from her brain surgery and even the tool used to remove them. I know it sounds nuts but its all a part of her journey and her keepsake box and book. She is in a little more pain today than yesterday but still doesnt complain. Her eye is still a little swollen and bruised. From what I can tell so far it looks pretty good though. Although she is one tough young lady I would give anything to take her place and her not have to go through all of this. We will know in a few weeks if she will need a lighter one placed to assist her in closing and blinking her eye. I am having full faith that she will not. Thank you again to her many prayer warriors for praying her through yet another procedure
