The good news: NO DEAD MOUSE. First night in 4 days that we didnt have to set the trap over and over again, Hopefully, they are now eradicated. However, lets not forget how life works. Just when I thought it was safe to go into the water, Will informed me that the pool filter has to be replaced. GGGRRRRRR! Thats another $400. And, so that I didnt get TOO cocky, the stereo system in the Taki Tiki (2 years old!) will not work. Thats another $200. Lets not forget the extra pool chemicals to get the green out of the damn pool (the cover slipped into the pool during the winter) so thats another $100 just to get the algae taken care of, not including the chlorine. I was so frustrated that I finally broke down and invested in a anchored mesh and strapping pool cover (its a surprise for Will for his birthday). Another $500. Youd think I had money. NOOOOOOOO. I have debt. I hate this crap.
