The great sewer back up of 2014 hit the condo pretty good. Im fortunate that my dear sweet auntie is there to oversee things but sad as it is her home. Last nite a crew was there ripping up carpet in two bedrooms and tearing out my beloved flooring all the way to the living room. Meanwhile in Jersey I was filing a claim and signing a contract with the crew doing the work. Im lucky my aunt was there or it coulda been worse. Love me auntie!!
