The great thing about Elf-Mm Fussballfilmfestival in Berlin? They take football as the red thread to share - on screen - some fascinating stories about culture, passion, identity and world history. This years program puts Brazil in the spotlight, but also shows amongst others the meaning of football for the different tribes in Rwandas terrible civil war, the way the nazis used for propaganda purposes the images of captivated jews playing football and the role football played during the recent South American dictatorship times. Deeply interesting. Proud to be a part of it with my exhibition!.
