The growth of Islam in Europe In today’s world, American citizens are denied freedom of speech or the telling of factual truths by two words: “politically correct.” It is like a gag order to the dispersion of information that some would not like to have the average American to know. But truth is truth though some may be offended by it. Information about the Muslim world and their goals and expectations fall into this “politically correct” gag, but the following information is from a speech by Geert Wilders, chairman of the Party for Freedom in the Netherlands, and Susan MacAllen of Denmark who tell about the experience their countries have had after massive immigration by Muslims and their warning to Americans. Susan MacAllen, a contributing editor of the website familysecuritymatters.org, states that in 1978 there were no Muslim immigrants to be seen in Copenhagen. Denmark boasted low crime rates, devotion to the environment, a superior education system and a history of humanitarianism. It was also most generous in its immigration policies – offering welfare payments from first arrival plus additional perks in transportation, housing and education. By the 1990’s, the growing urban Muslim population and its unwillingness to integrate into Danish society was obvious. Years of immigrants had settled into Muslim exclusive enclaves. Many Danes had begun to see Islam as incompatible with their long-standing values: belief in personal liberty and free speech, equality of women, tolerance for other ethnic groups, and a deep pride in Danish heritage and history. Denmark has made some changes and today has the strictest immigration policies in Europe. If you wish to become Danish, you must attend 3 years of language classes, pass a test on Denmark’s history, culture and a Danish language test. You must live in Denmark 7 years before applying for citizenship, demonstrate an intent to work and have a job waiting. Building a mosque will not be allowed in Copenhagen. Geert Wilders of the Netherlands states, “All is not well in the old world. We might be in the final stages of the Islamization of Europe.” A few blocks away from tourist destinations, there is another world – entire Muslim neighborhoods where few indigenous people reside as they might regret it, and police as well. There are mosques on many street corners and hardly any economic activity. These Muslim ghettos are controlled by religious fanatics and are mushrooming in every city across Europe. These are the building blocks for territorial control of increasingly larger portions of Europe, neighborhood by neighborhood, city by city.There are thousands of mosques throughout Europe with larger congregations than there are in churches. Many state schools in Belgium and Denmark serve only halal food to all pupils. The history of the Holocaust can no longer be taught because of Muslim sensitivity. Jews are fleeing France in record numbers to Israel. In England sharia courts are now officially part of the British legal system. Islam is in essence a political ideology, laying down detailed rules for society and the life of every person. Israel must not be abandoned since the end of Israel would give enormous encouragement to the forces of Islam and would mean the start of the final battle for world domination.Already in America, there are 35 states with enclaves of Muslims such as in Europe. As we see those who enter our shores too easily, live on our taxes, but refuse to embrace our culture, respect our traditions, participate in our legal system, obey our laws, speak our language and appreciate our history, we would do well to implement more strict immigration laws, as Denmark has done, and say a prayer for our future as well as for Europe.
