Market Menu (Serving 8-12 or sold out) The Irish Breakfast Box In honor of St. Patricks Day this weekend’s breakfast box will feature our house made corned beef hash and eggs. Grass fed beef brisket cured in our own brine and tossed with a roasted root vegetable hash, including carrots, turnips, rutabaga, potatoes, onions, cabbage, peppers and plenty of fresh herbs. The hash is grilled crispy and topped with two eggs. A roasted beet salad with apple cider vinaigrette and an Irish cream puff finish the box. The cream puff is filled with a Baileys inspired pastry cream and drizzled with Irish whiskey ganache. (vegetarian option available) Bistro Style Chili Cog Our shredded chili con carne features NewGrass Farm, LLC pastured beef, Stoney Acres farm tomatoes and last season’s most flavorful peppers all set atop a Ninepatch lil Chicago heritage pork sausage. The dog is garnished with our house made aged cheddar cheese sauce, pickled peppers and onions and served with our homemade jalapeño Kosher Dill-pickle spear. Curried Winter Squash and Carrot Soup Acorn, butternut, and hubbard slow roasted with Malek Farms heirloom carrots and Stoney Acres onions, our house made red Thai curry and Clover Leaf farms whole milk. Garnished with coconut milk crème fraîche and cilantro. Mulled Silver Springs apple cider
