The height of desperation of Cong that in 2009 supposedly on the directions of modi a architect girl was put under surveillance. The father of the girl said that he had requested Modi for the favour .The girl has not complained.The matter is five years old. Now suddenly the Cong Government felt now that it is against womens rights and they decided to set up a commission of a retd High Court or SC judge five months back. No judge agreed. Now they ultimately hit upon a Allahabad High Court judge who is 80 years old and had wanted to fight elections on Cong ticket from Varanasi in 1996.In 1998 he was member of the cong manifesto drafting committee. They wanted to go ahead and appoint the commission just 12 before they are demitting office. Now they have dropped the idea because their allies NCP and NC have raised their voice against this.
