The history of man is dominated by the story of imperialism, corollarily imperialism is the transcendental force that designs human history. Its responsible for the rise of empires, and so much for the rise of great empires whereas for their decline too. Yet its the driving force of human material achievements. For certain all prowes of human science and technological developments are manipulated or taken advantage of to dominate, through the process of nation building, incidentally its the relative proportion of imperialistic force every country acquires that determines its place in history or in the commitee of nations. The strength to which imperialism is directed to nation building determines the development of a country. Unfortunately in many countries especially in Africa and particularly in my country the imperial force is exploited by one elite for selfish exploitation of another deprive sector of the same society, its unfortunately not exploited for nation building and unfortunately the basis for underdevelopment.
