The idea that 50 FBI agents and the Attorney General are on their way to Ferguson shows the priority this situation has. Did the DOJ put this effort into the VA situation or other recent events/scandals ? Obviously not. How will this federal full court press effect the outcome of the investigation ? Will the police officer get a fair shake or will he be sacrificed to keep the peace ? It seems to me that unless the local authorities and by extension the Missouri state officials have a history of institutional bias the Feds should let the investigation run its course. We dont have all the facts yet it seems the local crowds, the race hustlers and the 24 hour news cycle is rushing this to a premature and possibly wrong conclusion. Who is sticking up for this police officer? Why is it o.k. to chant death chants to this officer and police in general ? Why dont we see this level of concern and involvement when 10 times as many black males are killed on an average weekend in Chicago? The obvious answer is they are being killed by other black males not white cops. That doesnt fit the narrative many want to push. The number of black males killed by cops is a statistical blip on the radar. Compare that to the self-inflicted genocide that black men are perpetrating on each other in cities across the country. What can we expect to see in Ferguson and elsewhere if it turns out Michael Brown did attack this officer who defended himself? What a mess......
