...The importance of speaking life into your child, I learn so much from my son.. although hes only 17 hes very wise beyond his years. (Get it from his momma😘) When I call him my name shows up as his QUEEN....❤️ but one of the most important things Im learning is to speak positive, speak greatness, speak fulfillment into him and to TRULY mean it!! Hes becoming a man, his own man and I as his mother have to allow him to grow. Dont get me wrong, hes never disrespectful, no jail, no gang, no drama... Just your typical teen stuff, hes no saint but hes mines...! I yell and scream, he looks at me and then turns his head with an Im sorry in his eyes.. He understands the consequences of his actions, but at times I have the nerve to act as if Ive never been in his shoes.. I understand, I explain.... But he says its not the same. Times are different now, so as a mom it scares me. Im watching him find his way, but Ill always be 2 steps ahead to see him, and 2 steps behind in case I need to catch him..! I woke up today with him on my mind, I stand by his door each night and pray for him... He doesnt even know, but while Im praying I have to speak life into him so when becomes a man I can then rest as a mother.
