The inner and outer worlds mirror each other. We can stand outside on a dark night, surrounded by billions of stars, and be completely unaware of our connection to everyone and everything in our universe. In the same way, an electron within our body can be surrounded by billions of atoms and molecules and like us, that electron doesnt know it is part of a complex organism called the body. It sees itself as separate from the rest of the atoms. It doesnt realize that it is one with the rest of the body and that for the organism to remain healthy, all of its cells must remain in harmony. We forget how powerful we are--that we can contribute to the divisiveness of the world through our negative energy and that we can contribute to the unity of the world by filling it with our love.
