The international community is finally waking up to the brutality of the Islamic State, formerly known as ISIS, against Christians and other minorities in the portions of Iraq and Syria that it controls. Thousands have been killed, many of them women and children, by the savage Islamic terrorists that the Obama administration and other world leaders have allowed to grow into a 10,000-strong army. Although he had indications from American intelligence assets as early as 2010 of the threat that ISIS might become, President Barack Obama did nothing to protect the Christians and others in the region. Even now, America’s response is considered by many to be too little, too late.
