The issue of federal character has further worsened d situation on ground,in spite of d large number of graduates produced by our universities,polytechnics nd colleges of education,Nigeria still av shortages of skilled labour in every sector of her economy....................beside d non-payment of lecturers salaries,the under-funding of Nigeria universities nd frequent strike action av hindered d educational sector 4rm producing d needed professional required 4 d growth nd development of d country.
