The issue of global warming has had a busy week in our state between discussions of an extra $1.46 added to gas prices and Sen. Schoeslers comment that the Governors climate change plans were scribbled with crayon. As such, I discovered a great lecture given by atmospheric physicist Gordon Fulks, who suggests--with hard and holistic data--that the earth is, in fact, cooling, and we are threatened not with a warm period but another ice age. Definitely worth a watch, if you can make it past the bit about the size of the heliosphere.
