The joint statements by the heads of Co-Chairs countries emphasize the shades of their co-relationship for themselves, regarding to the current key issue in our region. It is not coincidental at all that the so called ‘Madrid principles’ which contain strictly controversial and contradictory statements as an NK conflict settlement concept proposed by them does not have the perspective of implementation. The cost of the issue is very high and the consequences of implementing any kind of settlement may have its impact on much broader geopolitical context. The Co-Chairs include the discrepancies of their relationships in these kinds of statements and the responsibility of the unprevailed differences will naturally put over the authorities of Armenia and Azerbaijan. In this context the more significant is that the heads of the superpowers do not address any dispraise to Artsakh’s people and authorities, may be Artsakh is considered as a last chance haven, as a court that will be entitled to reject the agreements that could be signed up at Armenia-Azerbaijan level.
