The joke at about twelve oclock...before the grogs got thrown to make sure everyone fell asleep and no one was gossiping or having an opinion while the enemy rested...was that part of the reason its only Canadians who complain about hockey not being on tv...is that in America baseball and football are more important... you can a scholarship in those sports if you are relatively intelligent.... I dont know if I have ever heard of a hockey scholarship in a university... indeed in this house...my speaking about university as if it is a GIVEN...elicits the automatic boy-cicada response from my husband body...she doesnt need to go to university...lots of people dont... WTF?! So that was going through my mind...and they just caved...because Jsus Chrst...we are university families.... maybe the winning streak wont win for the top goalers... when the attention of the nation turns on hockey...after baseball is over...and football...buts thats not such a big deal...because they have stretched that one out til mid February... there must be money in hockey that is not in other sports... I cant help what I hear.... and honest to God I did not hear any of this until the wife abuse started again.
