“The joy Enjoshua felt every time he scored a goal radiated from his smile and lit up his eyes. Everyone who saw the goal felt his excitement. He is a winner, and he knows it!” Annually, over 1,200 children and family members have moments like Enjoshua’s at Dreams For Kids DC adaptive sports clinics. Dreams For Kids DC (DFKDC) organizes free life-changing activities to empower children with physical and mental disabilities to unite with their peers and realize their full potential. Ensuring that other children, like Enjoshua, continue to have life changing moments is why I became the Board Chair for Dreams For Kids DC. The impact of our program is clear, and the need is great.
