The lady in critical condition due to an 8 boulder being thrown from a bridge over a highway underwent emergency brain surgery and lost an eye. Her daughter was driving. She is a 52yr old breast cancer survivor with 4 children, one who is soon to leave for a 1yr tour in Afghanistan. The signs on bridges that say NO STOPPING or NO STANDING need to be clearer. They need to say what is meant: NO THROWING OF ANY OBJECTS FROM BRIDGE and SMILE FOR THE CAMERA along with the consequences of doing so, whether anyone gets hurt or not.
