The last 7 weeks I have been building Pauls core! And when I say core this does not mean abs. It means all the muscles of the lower trunk. Hips flexors, glutes, abductors and adductors. As you watch Paul jump he has a straight line from his ankle shin, and knee. His knees are also directly under his shoulders and hips. This shows his glutes are strong . Weak glutes cause inward thigh rotation causing stress and valgus on the knee. Building a rock solid core helps prevent many run injuries. I know its cold now but if you want to become a stronger and better runner for the Spring I can help you get there.
