The last couple of weeks I have been buried in reading thousands of pages of legal briefs, motions, depositions... in preparation for our trial on the high rise tower. For this I think I should have earned many martyr points, but it has been really hard. Today we met the judge in a pretrial hearing and the other side is trying to get all of the evidence thrown out that supports our side, which is standard. We are scheduled to start trial this coming Monday. The impact will be huge on our ministry, and millions in resources. Even so, we want to win on the merits of our case, not just legal maneuvering or manipulating. It can be hard to win that way in these times, and thats why were appealing to The Judge, and ask you to do this for us as well by praying. Thanks.
