The latest on my sweet mother-in-law, Linda... First and foremost we are so VERY grateful for all of the prayers for her and our family! We are very thankful, too, that she is going to make a full recovery. The doctors at Atlanta Medical and detectives who investigated the accident think now that this was not a case of hit and run (so glad to know there is not someone living in their neighborhood who would do such a thing!), but that Miss Linda blacked out for some reason and collapsed. She is staying in the hospital over night again for tests to be conducted to try to isolate the reason for this episode. She is lucid, coherent, and able to communicate, all of which is wonderful! She did have a few stitches placed in her mouth and lip and will have surgery on the fractured lower bone of her orbital cavity (around her left eye). Thank you, again, to everyone who has been thinking of her (us) and lifting our family up in prayer!
