The lines/scripts/phrases that someone uses on their WARM market work or dont work based on how their warm market perceives them. If Someone closes a high percentage of their warm market that does NOT mean they have a magical script, it means they have great rapport with their warm market. Understand how your warm market sees you and you can adapt to that instead of getting frustrated when you attempt someone elses lines that just dont work your warm market. By: Ray Higdon
