The looming prospect of war with Syria is something we should all be taking seriously. It has been weighing heavily on my mind for the last few days, and I finally decided that I had to speak up. President Obama has given Congress the authority to authorize or deny military action, so today I wrote emails to several senators and house representatives. My friends, before it is too late, I urge you to make your opinion known to Congress. It is your right and your duty as a citizen of this country. If you need to do some research on the issue, please do so, and then write your members of Congress! house.gov/representatives/find/ senate.gov/general/contact_information/senators_cfm.cfm
