The lord said in the book of isaiah 43:4 " i will give up whole nations to save your life, because you are precious to me and because i love you and give you honour". this is God himself speaking all this consoling words, if God is ready to give up whole nation to save our life because we are precious that means we are in deed precious, as Man/Woman, boy/girl do you think yourself to be really precious?, i just hope that is your thought right now, ease you are not thinking of yourself the way God is thinking of you, and that will be very dangerous. Always remind God that he say he will give up whole nation to save your life any time you are in one or more truble. and trust him to do what he said he will do in your life.
