The main goal of all leadership is to help people under their care to first discover their purpose and then help them develop the character and skill to execute that assignment. Then the Body will never suffer weakness because each one will bring to the table their gift, their strength. Purpose is the discovery of your reason for existing. Without purpose life is an experiment. My biggest worry is the kind of leaders we have today who are not after building but using what is there already.
