The man on the left is my grandfather Marcos Ronquillo (posing with his friend Andy Herreras). This photo was shot in November, 1977; my grandfather passed away three months later in February, 1978. Why is this significant? See that house in the photo? That house, 3967 E. March Place, was bought by my mom for $5000 in 1956 as a place for my grandparents to live. I learned that the house is for sale now, asking price $75,000 (which is a bit much if you ask me). Nothing would make me happier than to see this house become a home for one of you who might be able to afford it. Two bedroom, one bath, A/C, located near 29th & Alvernon. Payments roughly $600 a month, according to the realtor. I have recent photos that I shot today but my SD Card doesnt seem to be able to upload anything at the moment. You can see how sentimental this place is to me but since I cant afford it, Id rather see a hippie friend or friend of a hippie friend buy the thing. Contact Greg Lehner of Long Realty at (520) 918-5111 or GLehner@LongRealty for more information. Thank you.
