The man responsible for enforcing laws in Texas that also was - TopicsExpress

The man responsible for enforcing laws in Texas that also was finally formally implicated in corruption in his fox henhouse TEF yesterday sued the shit out of a upper middle class homeowner 30 years ago. Why? Because in a windstorm a limb fell on him from their tree. He won and now clears around $500k per year for the rest of his life tax free. Hes loaded. He then sat on the Supreme Court as the client of Texans for Lawsuit Reform heralding in a new era of “naturally occurring conditions” do not create an unreasonable risk of harm. Today, his case would not be heard in the courts as a result of his actions then. This latest case is real. And it extends beyond what is described here to CPRIT. Unabashed corruption and quid pro quo exchange of government favoritism for money to line his, his pacs, and his campaign coffers. I have smart friends. But lets get a little Phil Robertson honesty here. Why any fiscal conservative, free market loving, small government government embracing and ethically upright voter would even tolerate him much less vote for him is beyond my capability to comprehend. My only possible explanation outside of they actually dont value the above is that they are too busy to put a modest time investment into researching before they vote and have always or usually vote republican. Otherwise... If they did value those things and still backed him... I cant find any logic behind their support. And Ive tried... Im a pretty smart man... I wonder what I could be missing.
