The man that developed Whatsapp worked in Yahoo, later left, and went to Twitter for a job, they rejected him, he later developed Whatsapp and today, he sold it for $19b In 1997 after Google was set up, they approached the C.E.O of Yahoo to buy Google for $1 million because they werent making profit. Yahoo Inc. refused to buy, stating that it is a bad investment to buy Google for $1 million. 6 years later in 2002, Yahoo tried to purchase Google for $3 billion but the founders of Google refused to sell because they were already making progress. Today in 2014, Google is worth $395 billion while Yahoo is worth $39 billion - roughly 10% of Googles worth. Can you imagine what could have happened if Yahoo had bought Google for $1 million in 1997? Or if they had bought it for $3 billion in 2002? Moral Lesson: In the beginning, things might seem to be difficult but do not despise your little beginnings. You may face rejections but do not despair. You may be belittled but dont undervalue yourself. Dont settle for less! Dont sell yourself less than your worth! You may be potentially worth more than your buyer! Sometimes our greatest problem is not our weakness but the strength we have not discovered. No matter your current challenge, dont short-change yourself for less; Eventually it will pass away. Trouble will always pass away. Your problem might look like the only reality for now. What is true reality is that you are worth more than you are currently being valued. The fact that you have some imperfection doesnt mean your are less valuable. Soon a day is coming, when those who refused you when you ran to them for help, will come into your Light and even benefit from you; You that they once discarded or looked down upon. No verdict on your life is final except the one, the Almighty pronounced on you. Im already seeing you at the top.
