The mayor of Bucharest, Sorin Oprescu, has today announced the ceasing of the stray dogs killings in Bucharest dog pounds, after the Court decision last Friday. We hope that ASPA are out of a job now - just as they should be. What happened to our dogs in March, and thousands of others hopefully will never happen again. Daisy, who we thought had died in March, she was so sickeningly choked, is now living very happily in California, and helping to raise awareness in USA. The world is still watching you Romania.
