We often-times move through life committing the same acts that either cause harm to ourselves or others. Many times we believe a change in location, circumstance, or different relationships are the keys to success and happiness. We do this without considering what the root cause of our own suffering has been. Whenever we embark on new endeavors or pathways in life, we must first honestly evaluate ourselves and how the person we are determines much of our success and failure, peacefulness or continued suffering. Changes in relationships, places or circumstances may help with various transitions, but the change is usually short-lived as our old patterns and behaviors inevitably come to the fore.
