The ministry gift of the Apostle is what the Bible refers to as first (1Cor.12:28). Meaning in time, rank and order. To be sent out first means to be all encompassing as it pertains to the agenda at hand to begin a thing. Everything that the Church needs is wrapped up in the Apostle. This gift carries the blueprint, the scroll of God to set in place that which is needed to begin a thing. Its the only gift that can set all things because they were sent by God with His grace to do such a thing. They have the ability to set all five fold ministry gifts. No other gift can move in such a pattern legally. The other gifts can set some but not all. No Bishopric can legally be sealed without the presence of an Apostle. Neither is there a legal reason for an Apostle to become a Bishop. Why? Because they already carry the seal of everything the Church needs. The systems of men are not needed to advance what God has already set in place. To deviate from the scroll/pattern/blueprint is to forever be in position for the mercy of God to advance us and not the grace!!!! God is not obligated to do anything unless its by the scroll. The majority of what we have witnessed in the body was by His mercy!! #obligateHim
