It is not raining even though the windshield looks like it is - if you cant stand while driving the boat because the waves keep making you fall in your seat - if there is almost more water In the boat than the water around you - if the waves are higher than the sides of your boat - if you do not see anymore boats any where in sight - it might be a little too rough for you to be out on the boat. Im Just saying!!!!
