Jason commented that this could be a great program for leaders from Pilam because, The curriculum includes pieces on inclusive leadership, dynamics of power and privilege, and other diversity and social justice elements. Multiple colonies and chapters have programming requirements where they are to send men to programs like LeaderShape or UIFI.
