The mock meet this weekend will be held in Markham at the Iron Fitness grand opening on sunday the 30th. Spots are restricted and only available to members who have either paid their dues or gotten in contact with me about a putting together a payment plan. Bradie Jay Will be in attendance lifting heavy ass weights with us, this is a great opportunity to check your PRs, familiarize yourself with the structure of a powerlifting meet in an informal setting and to learn from Bradie who has a lot of knowledge to share. Iron Fitness is also a beautiful facility, brand new barbells, racks and plates. Our sponsor has also been kind enough to provide those who come out with some merch.
