The moment I realized again that I am just a beginner. This week started a new chapter in my weightlifting. I needed a minor change in my starting setup. Monday the change was started. It felt different yet I could see the speed of the bar was improving by half way through the workout. Good start. Then continued to a leg workout focusing on that position in squats, dead Lift and front squats. Result was that I am so sore 4 days latter that it hurts to move like I have not worked out before. Yet was able to complete this mornings work with more % of weight then I have done in a while. Dang I LOVE OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING.
