The morning run that turned into a walk. My first attempt at cardio in over 3 weeks due to an upper respiratory infection. Ive been able to do yoga but not run or cycle. I knew I wouldnt go out and run a marathon this morning but I thought I would be able to run more than half a mile. Guess I have to slowly get my body back into things. Always remember to listen to your body. Its good to push it but if your body is in pain (or you cant breathe right), stop!!! Im just happy to be out moving again!!
