"I bought some sunflowers for myself the other day and of course they made me think of you...but as I was cutting them and putting them into my vase I realized even more of how much a metaphor for you they really are. The stalks are strong and hearty and difficult to cut through all the way and resilient, the blossoms are big and vibrant, open and cheery, full of sunshine and everyone who sees one gets happy; but most importantly I found it awesome to note all the seeds that come inside the sunflower that can either nourish people, or plant more amazing and strong vibrant flowers for others to see as well. I thought this was important to share with you if no one has already. You are just like a sunflower in so many ways, especially in that you plant seeds of strength wherever you go and help others grow and nourish them. :) So glad you are here with us my friend."
