The most common problem I find in peoples diets are excessive amounts of carbs and fats and very low protein intake. Idk how many times Ive had people run me through their diet and they dont even realize theyre eating 500 grams of carbs a day or 200 grams of fat while theyre protein intake is next to nothing. The point is if youre going to eat a lot of anything eat a lot of meat hold off on the sweets, rice, chips, and even fruits....
