The mother of one of my son Coreys classmates had a massive stroke the other day. Our parish is looking to support the family. Here is the information sent out by the parish. If you can help, please do. ====================================================== I ask that you please make a special effort to remember in your prayers the mother of one of our refugee families. Caroline Basongo, the mother and sole caretaker of 5 young children, suffered a stroke today. She is in critical condition at this time. A St. Ambrose parishioner is taking care of the children in the short term. If you would like to make a financial contribution to help with their immediate expenses (food, etc.), please place your donation (marked Refugee Children) in the collection basket this weekend, or contact the parish office on Monday at 801-485-5610.
