The ? mph grinder... If you ride without the proper gear you might as well voluntarily take this brick toss it in the air and catch it with ur head. You might as well place ur tail end on this belt sander back down , face first , body sideways or palms flat because its all the same. You wouldnt purposely take a brick throw it up and use ur head as a baseball mitt. Nor would you give urself some road rash w a belt sander ,so y get on a bike without fitted gear? Most accidents happen under 30 mph within a few minutes of ur home. With gear, u rratio over 60% of walking away than the 1% without. NHTSA’s figures also show that in 2011 of the 4000 plus motorcycle riders killed on the roads in the U.S. 40% were not wearing a helmet. And based upon all 2011 motorcycle crash information NHTSA estimates that 1,617 lives of riders were saved by wearing a helmet and a further 703 may have survived if they had been wearing a helmet. This data makes no distinction between types of helmets (full or open face). Thats head injur not death resulting from other body trauma( breasts road raashed off or flesh being gritted off until arteries are gashed open due to severe road burn and bleeding out while waiting for Help to arrive.) Not wearing proper riding gear is like willingly throwing urself in a grinder.
