The much anticipated upper level pattern change has commenced! A retrograding upper level low is moving toward Texas and has allowed a MCS to develop to our north. Now the MCS has since dissipated but it has pushed a outflow boundary that is beginning to move into the hill country and showers and storms are expected to develop along this boundary and will be driven south by the unstable northerly flow in the upper levels of the atmosphere. This unstable air flow will be the catalyst for disturbances to work on the moisture we have present to produce scattered to numerous storms throughout the week! The added cloud cover and precip will keep temps much cooler although it will be humid this next week! Enjoy!
