The need for an evaluation code After the fall of the second republic a Nigerian Fugitive in UK Umaru Dikko was abducted unsuccessfully by men suspected to be Nigerian security personnel in UK.Now that looks like rascalism in diplomatic circles anchored by GMB. That is one perspective..the other perspective is that an enraged patriot broke the rules to protect then image of his country. Before that time GMB was an army commander when a nearby force harassed us and he retaliated ..am told without waiting for orders...so he can be seen as an unruly officer..but also as a man so dedicated to his job and committed to the country that he could not tolerate exposure of the nation to danger. I am using him as example because he is the man of the moment for now and is the greatest victim of multiple interpretation of his actions and words. This difference in interpretation is certainly going to be common as we move along...and most of our leaders will be victims...and we will spend valuable time without moving forward.I suggest a code out.. Maybe we could go like this.... examine the moral intent of any action or words..the expansion of this will include ..honesty/dishonesty of the intent in the first place. Establishing a connection with the words and actions with the history of the public figure....sort of labelling....gosh the third one has run away(when i get it i will bring it up)
